Hank and Linda Mills, SOC Homeless Team Leader

Hank: I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior in a parking lot with my wife at my side.

She led me to the Lord shortly after we were married. It changed my life. I enjoy working around the house and riding my motorcycle.

Linda: Jesus Christ is my Savior and my comforter. In 1979 I heard a pastor give an altar call and I felt like he was talking directly to me. I went to the altar and made a decision to follow Christ. With God’s help, two weeks later, I gave up alcohol and drugs and have been sober and clean ever since. I enjoy gardening, reading, sewing, cooking and helping others.

Since we love serving and helping people, we are blessed to be the leaders of the Homeless SOC (Satellite Outreach Church) Team. Our prayer and desire is that the team will grow in their relationship with God and each other while ministering to the homeless population in our community. We pray this will be accomplished by serving this portion of society with the sharing of the gospel of Jesus Christ along with food and some personal items (hats, gloves, socks, etc.)
